Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the LAZI Partner Program. By signing up you accept them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which still apply to you as a customer.

• Anyone can apply — creators, Squarespace designers, past clients.
• You do not need to have bought anything first.
• We may decline or remove an application at our discretion.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

On approval you get a partner account and a unique referral link. Share it wherever it genuinely fits — your site, a tutorial, a client recommendation, a newsletter.

Your link and login are yours alone. Do not let anyone else use them.

When someone follows your link we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days. If they buy within that window, the sale is credited to you.

• Attribution is last-click: if the buyer later arrives through another partner’s link, that partner is credited instead.
• A buyer who clears cookies or buys on a different device may not be attributed. We can only credit what we can track.
• Free products earn no commission and do not use up your 30-day window.

Commission is a percentage of what the customer actually pays, after any discount, and before payment-processing fees.

• Rates run from 10% to 50%.
• Your rate rises with the volume and quality of the sales you refer.
• We set and review rates at our discretion. A rate change applies to future sales only — never retroactively to commission already earned.
• Current rates are shown on the Partner Program page.

Commission is held for 15 days after a sale before it becomes payable, so that any problem with the order surfaces first.

• Payouts are made by PayPal on NET-15 terms once payable.
• There is no minimum payout threshold.
• You must give us valid PayPal details. We are not responsible for payments sent to an address you gave us incorrectly.
• Unclaimed commission on a closed account may be forfeited.

Commission is only earned on a sale that sticks.

• A refunded or charged-back sale earns no commission.
• If commission was already paid on a sale that is later refunded or reversed, we deduct it from your next payout.
• Sales that are refunded do not count toward your commission tier.

Promote us honestly. In practice that means:

• Describe products accurately, and never invent features, results or endorsements.
• Make it clear you earn a commission where the law where you live requires it — most disclosure rules do.
• Use our name and images as they are. Do not alter our logo or artwork.
• Write your own copy, or use ours as supplied.

The following will cost you your commission and, usually, your place in the program:

• Referring yourself, or buying through your own link.
• Bidding on “LAZI”, “lazi.studio” or close variants in paid search, or running ads that pose as us.
• Posting your link to coupon, cashback or voucher sites.
• Spam of any kind — unsolicited email, DMs or comment posting.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any attempt to attribute sales you did not earn.
• Registering domains or social accounts containing our name.
• Presenting yourself as an employee, agent or official representative of LAZI.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. Commission is gross: you are responsible for declaring it and paying any tax due where you live. We do not withhold tax on your behalf.

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, with no notice required.

• If you leave, commission already earned and payable is still paid.
• If we remove you for breaching these terms, unpaid commission may be forfeited.
• We may close, pause or restructure the program at any time.

This is a referral arrangement, nothing more. It creates no employment, partnership, joint venture or agency between us. You cannot enter agreements, make promises or incur liabilities on our behalf.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.
