Access is immediate. You land on your order page, which holds everything for that purchase — the invitation link for a template, or the setup guide for a plugin. The same details are emailed to you, so you can come back to them later.

No. You can check out as a guest, and we create an account for you automatically so your purchase has somewhere to live. The email we send includes a sign-in link — no password to choose or remember.

No. Everything is digital and delivered the moment you pay, so all sales are final. We do look at genuine problems individually — a double charge, something that never arrived, or a product that isn’t what its page described. The detail is in our Refund Policy.

If you’re unsure whether something fits your site, ask before you buy. We’d rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.

Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout Stripe may offer to charge you in your local currency at the current rate — you’ll see both amounts before you pay.

Yes. Building sites for clients is exactly what these are for. Templates need one licence per site, so buy one for each client. A plugin licence covers multiple sites, though you can buy extra licences if you’d rather hand a client their own.

As a single-use Squarespace invitation link. Opening it attaches the template to your Squarespace account as a new trial site, which you can then edit and publish.

The link is on your order page and in your email.

Whichever one you’re signed in to when you accept the invitation. Sign in as the account that should own the site before you click — a template can’t be moved between accounts afterwards without starting over.

That almost always means it has already been accepted. Check your Squarespace dashboard, including any other account you might have been signed in to.

If it genuinely hasn’t been used, reply to your order email or write to hello@lazi.studio and we’ll issue a replacement.

Yes, to publish. The invitation creates a trial site you can build on straight away, and you subscribe when you’re ready to go live. A Squarespace plan is not included in anything you buy from us.

No — one licence covers one site. Buy another licence for another site; the product page has a “Buy another license” button once you own one.

Each template is sold from a limited pool of invitations. When they run out the listing shows out of stock until we add more. It’s usually a short wait — email us if you want to know when.

Code you add to a Squarespace site — CSS, or a small script — that adds a behaviour or a bit of polish the platform doesn’t offer on its own. You get a setup guide with the code and step-by-step instructions.

They aren’t software we host or run for you.

Some plugins need a plan that allows code injection, which on Squarespace 7.1 means a Business plan or above. CSS-only plugins work on any paid plan. Each product page states what it needs — check before buying.

It can. Squarespace changes its platform whenever it likes, and code added on top sometimes needs adjusting. We update our plugins when that happens and the setup guide always carries the current version.

Yes — a plugin licence covers multiple sites, your own and your clients’. You can still buy extra licences if you’d like a separate one per client.

Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. There’s no password. The link works for a limited time, and you can open it in whichever browser you want to be signed in on.

Under My Products, once you’re signed in. Every purchase, its setup guide, and its order page live there.

Sign in and open My Products — your order page has the invitation and the guide. If you can’t get in, email us from the address you bought with.

Free guides and plugins are readable by anyone. Saving one to your library so it appears under My Products needs an account, which is free to create.

Yes. Commission runs from 10% to 50%, rising with the volume and quality of what you refer, and it’s open to anyone — creators, Squarespace designers, past clients. Full detail on the Partner Program page.

By PayPal, on NET-15 terms, with no minimum payout. Commission is held for 15 days after a sale before it becomes payable. The Partner Program Terms spell out the rest.
