Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use anything from lazi.studio (“LAZI”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not buy.

You can buy as a guest or with an account. Accounts are used to hold your purchases, your setup guides and your order history.

• Sign-in is by emailed link — there is no password to lose.
• Keep access to your email address secure; anyone with it can reach your account.
• Give us an address you actually use. Delivery and sign-in both depend on it.
• One account per person. Do not share it.

We sell two kinds of product, and they are delivered differently.

• Templates — Squarespace website templates. You receive a single-use Squarespace invitation link that attaches the template to your Squarespace account.
• Plugins — code you add to a Squarespace site, delivered as a setup guide with the code and instructions. Plugins are not software we host or run for you.

A Squarespace subscription is required to use a template. Some plugins need a Squarespace plan that allows code injection. Plan requirements are stated on each product page — check them before you buy.

When your payment completes you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You do not own the underlying design or code.

• Templates: one licence, one site. Each purchase covers a single Squarespace site and gives you one invitation link. Need it on another site? Buy another licence — you can buy more than one.
• Plugins: one purchase, multiple sites. A plugin licence covers use across the sites you build, your own and your clients’.
• You may use products on sites you build for clients, subject to the limits above.
• The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away a product, in whole or in part.
• Share, forward or resell an invitation link. Each one is issued to a single buyer.
• Publish the template or plugin source anywhere others can download it.
• Present our work as your own product, or build a competing template or plugin shop from it.
• Remove or obscure any notice identifying the work as ours.

Building client sites is fine. Redistributing what you bought is not.

Delivery is immediate and digital. There is nothing to ship.

• Templates: the invitation link appears on your order page and is emailed to you.
• Plugins: the setup guide unlocks straight after purchase.
• An invitation works once. Accept it while signed in to the Squarespace account that should own the site — it cannot be moved afterwards.
• If something does not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Prices can change at any time. The price you paid is the price at checkout.
• You are responsible for any tax that applies where you live, unless it is collected at checkout.

Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. We look at genuine exceptions case by case — the full position is in our Refund Policy.

Support covers getting what you bought to work as described: delivery problems, installation questions, and setup-guide steps.

• Support does not cover custom design or development work.
• It does not cover Squarespace itself, or third-party code you add.
• We cannot guarantee a product works alongside every other customisation on your site.

LAZI is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Squarespace.

• Your Squarespace account is governed by Squarespace’s own terms, not ours.
• Squarespace can change its platform at any time, which may affect how a template or plugin behaves. We update products where we reasonably can.
• You need your own Squarespace subscription. It is not included in anything you buy from us.

Everything on lazi.studio — designs, code, copy, images, guides and the LAZI name — belongs to us or our licensors, and is protected by copyright. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of anything.

We may add, change, retire or stop selling any product at any time. Templates are sold from a limited pool of invitations and can go out of stock. Retiring a product does not affect a licence you have already bought, but we cannot promise indefinite updates or availability of its guides.

We may suspend or close an account, and revoke a licence without refund, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken — in particular by redistributing products or sharing invitation links. You can stop using our products at any time.

Products are provided “as is”. We do our best to make them work well, but we cannot promise they are error-free or fit every purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the product concerned.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published — we will not apply them backwards to a purchase you have already made.
